Our experience was superb from start to finish. There are so many moving parts when looking for a second home, negotiating offers, thoroughly reading contracts, inspection reports and more. A lot of these details had to be long distance as our permanent residence is in Dallas. Trust is a huge factor in a realtor/home buyer relationship and we felt that Happy was trustworthy. Happy was always patient with our desires to make a deliberate decision on the home we purchased. She worked very hard on our behalf to complete the sale. We can honestly say our professional relationship was great with Happy but we can also say we count her as a new friend in our Singletree neighborhood!

It was a challenging assignment as we wanted to 1) sell our existing home at a fair price, 2) buy a new, larger home but not before we sold our existing home, 3) enter into a two month lease-back arrangement with the new owner of our existing home to give us time to find and close on a new home. We purchased a new home at a price well below the county’s assessed value and moved in at the end of our lease-back period which enabled efficient execution of various repairs and upgrades. As if this weren’t enough, Happy personally managed hiring and overseeing the contractors necessary to address the issues arising from our original home inspection report. This impressive listing of accomplishments did not happen with luck. Happy worked tirelessly to get it done, seven days a week at all hours of the day. She is responsive, reliable and knows Vail Valley like no one else. At Happy's suggestion, and because of her experience in the Singletree real estate market, we decided to list our home in late February 2016.
